Does the program qualify for grants or assistance?

Assist to Succeed Willoughby Hills is a third the cost of other programs and only ten weeks in duration, which makes it ineligible for most funding programs.

Is the program accredited?

We are not accredited with the state of Ohio. However, we are registered and approved by the Board of Career Colleges.

How much is tuition?

Tuition is currently $3,995 which includes certification in CPR, X-ray certification training and testing, clinical attire, books, and supplies.

What are program hours?

Depending upon the semester, class runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m., or 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., on Saturdays.

Is placement for externship guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee placement – it depends primarily on the student’s performance. However, many dental offices do request our graduates for externships.

How do I get started?

Schedule a registration appointment and tour of our facilities. This visit ranges from ten minutes to an hour and is scheduled exclusively for the individual student. We answer any questions the student may have. In addition, we can start the registration process and hold the student’s spot in the class for as little as $125.00 down. Financial arrangements may also be finalized at this time.

What are my payment options?

These vary depending on the student and when registration is completed. We offer several options, from no interest to instant approval with minimal interest and only $250.00 down. Also, we allow students to pay us directly for the course while attending classes. These opportunities are discussed in detail upon registration.
